THE ULTRATEC AND ALL LAPS HAVE BEEN SOLD - ROUGH. ETC COMING

Main Content

Great opportunity - Barely used. MOST IS LITERALLY NEW

As a previous Ultratec owner, I knew what equipment I would want to start over in faceting. On the Ultratec page, you will see the machine and everything that comes with it. I intend to sell all the things on that one list together. On the Laps page, there is a list of laps with individual prices, but there is a reduced total for the whole lot. The person who buys the machine has first right of refusal to take the entire list of laps. If they don't want them, someone else can take the lot or take them individually. The Trim Saw page contains the trim saw and other miscellaneous items. The Polish page has various polishes, etc. I accumulated a great deal of rough during this time. I'm not looking to "make a killing" on it, just get it into the hands of people who can create something and have some fun. For the machine and all the laps I will accept a Postal Money Order only and will ship it regular ground to CONUS free at the listed price. Otherwise, I will note the shipping and accepted payment methods with each item/group. If you click on any thumbnail or picture link, a full-sized photo will be displayed.

Just to be perfectly clear, this is not a "distress sale". This setup is virtually new and I believe it's priced accordingly. It's available to be shipped in a few days, so there is no waiting, I pay the shipping, plus there is no sales tax. As a bonus, if anyone takes the machine and laps I will throw in a nice selection of rough that I'm sure you'll like.

It's breaking my heart to have to do this, but I don't want this equipment to go to waste.  Then why am I doing it you may ask?  I got pretty ill in 2015 with COPD and went on oxygen 24/7.  I did okay for several years, then things got worse rather quickly and was told my only hope was a double lung transplant.  I knew I would be in for a rough time. Just the stuff leading up to it (to qualify, etc.) was tough enough, and I decided to get back into the faceting mostly to give me something to look forward to and keep me going.  So I bought everything I thought I may need.  The purchase served its purpose in that regard.  The surgery was "successful" but I had about every complication you can, and then some, and spent most of the next year in and out of the hospital.  Between that and the effects of the drugs I have to be on, it's become obvious that I can't facet anymore. I shake too much and my hands are weak. But, this is such a great set-up and I want someone to have it who can use it and get some joy from it. Please just give it a good home.

I didn't expect anyone to be concerned about a scam, but I have had some comments. If you want more information about me, including a somewhat graphic post-operative photo, please click on this link.
